April 25, the first quarter operating meeting of CAC Group was held in Shanghai. The meeting gathered nearly 130 representatives from each plant and departments of the group together. Vice President Hunter Qi presided over the meeting. All involved departments and plants report the first quarter performance and work plan & second quarter respectively. President Simian Xie, summarized the Q1 work and deployed the key works of second quarter. Finally, at the strategic level, Chairman Farmer Tin made an important speech on the factors of production, marketing, competition and human resource.

In the first quarter, under the leadership of CAC management team, all the staff overcame the external adverse factors such as the severe epidemic situation abroad, the rising price of chemical raw materials and logistics, especially sea freight. CAC focus on both of domestic and international markets, committed to innovating, integrating resources and effectively resolving the pressure brought by the external adverse factors. The core products - Azoxystrobin and 2,4-D have been in full production. Relying on continuous technological progress, CAC is seeking a new development in the fierce Chlorothalonil market. The performance of other products remains stable. The overall business situation in the first quarter is in line with expectations. In addition, in the first quarter, each plant actively strengthen exchange to enhance basic management work, and made great efforts to promote the construction of four major projects. The decoration project of the new R & D buildings was completed as scheduled and is put into use now, which brought a good start for completing the annual goals on production, operation and project construction, and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the company.

President Xie made an impressive speech on the 4 key points of the work in the second quarter from operation, R&D, safety management and project construction. He profoundly summarized the experience, analyzed the existing problems and made a detailed deployment for the next work. At the meeting, Ms.Ellen Yu, member of the board of directors, shared her opinions on the pattern, challenges and opportunities of global and China's agrochemical industry, and stressed the importance of following CAC Group's strategic vision - "product double pillar and market globalization" in the next decade.

In the end of meeting,Chairman Farmer Tin elaborated from four perspective of production combining with the strategic objectives of CAC Group, which is marketing, competition and human resource. Farmer pointed out that products are the soul of company. What kind of products CAC made is a reflection of the company. Farmer also proposed that through the construction of the market, we need to truly realize "do the best manufacturing, create the value of manufacturing". Regarding the competition, he said that we should actively build differentiated competition in the future. With regard to talents and teams, Farmer stressed that "easy to see but hard to do". To achieve the strategic goal of CAC Group, we can't ignore the construction of talents and teams.

After one year, thanks to the good control of the epidemic situation in China, we are able to get together offline again to summarize, analyze and discuss the implementation of the new strategic objectives of CAC Group.

The one-day quarterly meeting was fruitful. The pressure and joy of achievements further strengthened the confidence and determination to realize our new strategies in the future. With the expectation of the work in the second quarter, all the attended colleagues will return to their position, continue to remember their original intention, maintain their hard-working spirit, and strive to focus on four new major projects, turn pressure into power, seek new breakthroughs and go to a new level in the work.
